ShineePets was founded in 2010 in Ningbo, China — a city renowned as one of the world's premier manufacturing centers for pet supplies. Our founders combined deep manufacturing expertise with a genuine love for animals to create a factory that global pet brands could truly rely on.
Starting with 50 products and a small team, we grew by prioritizing quality, compliance, and client relationships above all else. Today, our 20,000 m² production facility manufactures over 500 SKUs — from dog collars and harnesses to cat trees, grooming tools, and functional pet treats — shipped to retailers and distributors in 60+ countries.

Our Facility
State-of-the-Art Pet Supplies Factory in Ningbo, China
Our 20,000 m² manufacturing facility in Ningbo houses the complete production chain — raw material warehousing, injection molding, sewing and assembly, screen printing, packaging, and final QC inspection — all under one roof.
We operate 12 production lines with a monthly output capacity of 2 million units. Semi-automated equipment ensures consistent quality across large-volume orders, while our dedicated 50-person QC team inspects every batch before shipment.
Our facility is open to factory audits and third-party inspections. We are BSCI audited and regularly inspected by SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV), and client-appointed QC agencies.
