FAQ
MOQ varies by product category — typically 100–500 pcs for standard items. For private label or fully custom ODM products, MOQ starts at 300 pcs. We are flexible for new buyers and can discuss lower quantities for initial trial orders.
Standard samples are ready within 7–10 business days. For fully custom ODM designs requiring tooling or mold development, lead time is 15–20 business days. Sample fees are refundable upon placing a production order.
Absolutely. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) before any design sharing. Your product specifications, artwork, and brand information are kept strictly confidential.
Our products are certified to CE, REACH, ASTM, EN 71, and CPSC standards depending on the product type and target market. We can provide full test reports and certificates for customs and retail compliance.
Yes. We handle all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificates where required. We work with major freight forwarders for sea, air, and express shipments.
